Welcome to Serplux. This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our digital platform and related services. By accessing our website and tools, you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

You may view and

redistributing, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior
permission is strictly prohibited
4. User Generated Content (UGC)
If you upload or share any content - such as comments, feedback, data uploads, or reviews, you
retain ownership of your content. However, by posting, you grant Serplux a license to display,
modify, and use your content in connection with our platform and services.
You confirm that
any shared content does not infringe on the rights of third parties and complies with
applicable laws.
5. Payment and Billing Terms
Some features of Serplux may require payment. By subscribing to paid plans, you agree to the
stated billing rates and authorize us to process payment via your chosen method.
We may
update our pricing, features, or billing policies from time to time. Updates will be posted
on our website or shared via email. Continued use after a price change indicates your
acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination of Access
Serplux reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach
these terms or misuse the service.
You may cancel your account at any time. However,
sections relating to content rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability will
continue to apply even after account termination.
7. No Guarantees or Warranties
While Serplux strives to deliver accurate and effective tools for digital performance and
insights, we provide all services “as is.” We do not make guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy,
or outcomes.
We do not warrant that our tools are error free or that access will always be
uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serplux shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the platform
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Third party activities within the platform
- Errors or performance issues
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America (USA). Any legal
disputes will be resolved in local courts in accordance with these laws.
If any part of
this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be valid.
10. Updates to This Agreement
We may revise these Terms of Service at our discretion. If material changes are made, we will
notify users via email or through the platform. Changes become effective 30 days after posting.
Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to the updated terms
